● Capabilities

FIVE THINGS, ONE TEAM.

We do not run departments. The same five people who name the thing also ship it and then buy the traffic that finds it — which is why nothing gets handed over and lost.

● How an engagement runs

FOUR STAGES, SIX WEEKS.

Every engagement runs the same four stages, in the same order, with a demo at the end of each. You always know what week you are in.

01 Week 1 · Read

We start with the numbers you already have.

Analytics, ad accounts, support tickets and the last two quarters of revenue. No workshop, no discovery theatre — a written read of where the money actually leaks.

02 Week 2 · Frame

One idea, argued on paper before anyone opens Figma.

A positioning line, a message hierarchy and the three things the site has to prove. If we cannot argue it in a page, it is not ready to be designed.

03 Weeks 3–5 · Build

Designed and shipped in the same repository.

Design and development run together, in the open, with a live URL from day one. You review the real thing on a real device, not a flat screenshot of it.

04 Week 6 onward · Grow

Then we buy the traffic and read it back to you.

Paid, lifecycle and CRO run as one loop with a weekly number attached. Month three is where most of the compounding shows up, so that is where we commit to.

● Included in every engagement

NO LINE ITEMSFOR THE OBVIOUS.

These are not add-ons and they are not quoted separately. If the work needs them, the work includes them.

In the room

  • A named lead who stays on the account, not a rotating pod
  • Weekly 30-minute review with the people doing the work
  • One shared channel — no ticket queue between us
  • A written decision log you keep when the engagement ends

In the handover

  • Source, design files and analytics access in your own accounts
  • A component library your team can extend without us
  • Tracking plan documented event by event
  • Thirty days of support after launch, no retainer required

● Before you write in

THE SIX WEALWAYS GET.

Asked on nearly every first call, so they may as well be answered here.

A six-week brand-and-build engagement starts at R$ 96.000, quoted as one number rather than by the hour. Growth work after launch runs monthly from R$ 18.000, cancellable with thirty days' notice. We send the number before the second call, not after the fifth.

Yes — plenty of engagements are only a rebuild, or only paid media on a site somebody else made. What we will not do is take on growth work for a page we think cannot convert; we will say so on the first call rather than spend your budget proving it.

The five people on the Studio page. There is no junior layer and no agency of record behind us — if you are on a call with us, you are on a call with the people writing the copy and the code.

Most of the time. We are usually the pair of hands that ships the thing your team has already scoped, and we hand back a component library and a decision log so the next change does not need us.

They slip when feedback slips, so the schedule names who reviews what and by when. If we are the reason a stage runs late, we absorb it. If approvals stall for more than a week we pause and re-book rather than quietly compressing the build.

WordPress with Elementor for content-led sites, Shopify for commerce, and Next.js when the product genuinely needs it. We pick the one your team can operate on Monday, not the one that is interesting to us.

BRING THE NUMBER.

One call, thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us what has to move and we will tell you honestly whether six weeks with us is the fastest way to move it.
